BOOKINGS

BOOKING TIME AND DATE CAN ONLY BE SECURED ONCE 50% RETAINER FEE & DEPOSIT IS PAID.

PAYMENTS

​

ALL EVENTS REQUIRE A  50% RETAINER FEE THAT IS NON-REFUNDABLE.  FINAL PAYMENT MUST BE MADE 48 HOURS PRIOR TO EVENT DATE.

A $100 DEPOSIT IS REFUNDABLE AND RETURNED AFTER INSPECTION.

REFUND & RESCHEDULING

​

WE DO NOT OFFER ANY REFUNDS. 

FOR RESCHEDULING WE MUST BE NOTIFIED 2 DAYS PRIOR TO EVENT TO AVOID RESCHEDULING FEE OF $150.00. IF YOU DECIDE TO CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE WITHIN 24-48 HOURS FROM EVENT DATE THERE WILL BE A RESCHEDULING FEE OF $150.00.

WEATHER

​

IF THE WEATHER IS BAD THE MORNING OF YOUR PICNIC, WE WILL RESCHEDULE YOUR EVENT AT NO CHARGE. WEATHER RESCHEDULING IS AT OUR DISCRETION. ( BAD WEATHER: RAIN, SNOW, OR HEAVY WINDS)

LOCATIONS

​

WE RECOMMEND CHOOSING FROM OUR PREFERRED LOCATIONS. IF YOU CHOSE A LOCATION OTHER THAN OUR PREFERRED SITES PLEASE ENSURE SPACE IS AVAILABLE AND PERMIT NOR RESERVATION IS REQUIRED. REFUND WILL NOT BE PROVIDED IF AREA IS NOT ALLOWED OR AVAILABLE.

 

SUPPLY DAMAGES

​

ALL ITEMS AND EQUIPMENT BELONG TO PICNICS BY MIMI AND MUST BE RETURNED IN THE SAME CONDITION AT SETUP.  DEPOSIT WILL COVER ANY LOSS, DAMAGE OR STAINED EQUIPMENT.  LARGER ITEMS WILL BE CHARGED ACCORDINGLY. WILL REQUIRE INSPECTION OF ALL ITEMS AFTER EVENT.

COVID-19 

​

WE ARE TAKING EVERY PRECAUTION TO ENSURE YOUR SAFETY. EACH PICNIC IS FULLY WASHED AND SANITIZED BEFORE THE RESERVATION AND SETUP IS DONE WITH GLOVES.

HAND SANITIZER AND MASK AVAILABLE DURING PICNIC.

FOOD & DRINKS

​

SPARKLING WATERS ARE INCLUDED IN ALL PICNICS. GRAZING BOARDS AND DONUTS ARE INCLUDED UPON REQUEST (SEE ADD-ONS). THE CLIENT IS WELCOME TO BRING ANY OF THEIR OWN FOOD OR DRINK. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ITEMS BROUGHT THAT ARE NOT ALLOWED IN PUBLIC PLACES THAT MAY RESULT IN REMOVAL, FINES, ETC.
